Excalibur is the accepted name in
the King's legendary Arturo sword, to which extraordinary different
properties have been attributed throughout the numerous versions of the myth
and the subsequent histories.
Originally it received other names: Caliburn, in the writings of Geoffrey of
Monmouth; and Caledfwlch, in Welsh old narrations as Culhwch and Olwen. This
last one is a word that derives of the gaélico old "caladbolg" that would
mean sparkling" "sword.
Starting from the narrations of fiction based on the King's mythical
character Arturo, the sword Excalibur has associate diverse histories.
GET THE EXCALIBUR

Diverse histories exist how
Arturo possessor of the mythical sword is made. Geoffrey of Monmouth only
says that the same one was forged in Avalon, without giving more details.
In The Cycle of Vulgata, it is counted that Arturo receives the sword of a
