  • Built specifically for Wii: Level design and environmental changes are built to take advantage of the Wii Remote and Nunchuk.

    • Compressed air gun: a powerful tool for cleaning dirt or grime.
    • Acetylene torch: an advanced, multi-purpose torch used for metalwork, setting objects on fire, and melting ice.
    • Chisel: Uncover objects or dig through sediment to discover hidden secrets.
    • Pliers: Remove parts from old devices.
  • Exclusive combat system: The combat system has been improved to be more fluid and responsive, with precise targeting using the Wii Remote and Nunchuk.
  • Expanded camera control: Take more control of the camera using the Wii Remote. If the Wii Remote is not pointed at the screen, the camera will automatically follow Lara. If you point at the screen, the game will enter a free view mode.
