Today, November 18, we have a double release of classic Tomb Raider games: Tomb Raider – Definitive Edition for Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, and Tomb Raider Anniversary for PS4 and PS5 (PS2 port).
Tomb Raider Anniversary
If you are a PlayStation Plus Premium subscriber, Tomb Raider: Anniversary is included in your PlayStation subscription, or if you prefer, you can purchase it for $19.99.
Just like what happened a few months ago with the classic version of Tomb Raider: Legend for PS2, Tomb Raider: Anniversary is now also available to play for the first time on PS4 and PS5. You can buy it on the playstation store on this link.
Tomb Raider – Definitive Edition
The collaboration between Crystal Dynamics and Aspyr to bring Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition to Nintendo’s portable consoles has also been launched on the Nintendo Switch 1 and 2 platforms.
The Definitive Edition is the complete version, optimized for Nintendo platforms and packed with all the content from the original:
This version includes all downloadable content (DLC) for both the main story and multiplayer modes for up to 8 players.
It also includes additional digital content, such as behind-the-scenes footage with digital versions of the Dark Horse comic Tomb Raider: The Beginning, the mini art book Tomb Raider: The Art of Survival, and the developer video series “Final Hours of Tomb Raider.”
The base price is $19.99, but until November 24, you can get it with a 10% discount, and you can even get an additional 10% off if you have Tomb Raider I-II-III Remastered for Nintendo Switch, and another 10% if you own Tomb Raider IV-V-VI Remastered. So, if you buy it now and own the entire remastered collection, you can save 30%.
