Today was Lara Croft’s birthday and the release of Tomb Raider I-II-III Remastered.

Spanish Fan Dubbing for TR1 and TR2.

As you may already know, Tomb Raider 1 and 2 do not have Spanish dubbing, since the original did not have it, however, now you can download from the next patch the Spanish fan dubbing.

This project by Croft Generation and the Spanish Tomb Raider community was released in 2011, and now it has some improvements. Download the patch below.

Instructions

  • Steam: If you have the Steam version of the game, just copy the “ES” folder inside the TRACKS directory of this download for each of the games (1 for TR1 and 2 for TR2), the location is “Steam\steamapps\common\Tomb Raider I-III Remastered\”.
  • GOG: If you have the GOG version of the game, simply copy it in the same way inside the folder where you have installed the game.

The voice dubbing can also be seen in the TR1 and TR2 Animations section. In addition to the video analysis, here are the features of the plus mode:

An interesting addition to the remasters is the Plus Mode, which offers a new gameplay experience upon completion of the main story. The features of this mode for each game are detailed below:

Tomb Raider 1:

  • Lara has all weapons from the start, no unlim. ammo, 1 clip each
  • All medipacks are changed to ammo
  • 72 crystals are back and located on the same positions as on PSX version
  • Crystals are the only save and healing points
  • Level skip and all weapons cheats don’t work on NG+
  • Enemies health and attack values are increased
  • Obstacles and traps damage values are lethal or nearly lethal

Tomb Raider 2:

  • Lara has all weapons from the start, 2 clips each, 12 harpoons, no unlim. ammo
  • All medipacks on the levels are changed to ammo
  • Lara doesn’t have any medipacks in inventory from the start
  • Items that are given when all 3 secrets are taken are changed to medipacks
  • Enemies health and attack values are increased
  • Obstacles and traps damage values are lethal or nearly lethal
  • All cheats don’t work on NG+
  • Monks are aggressive from the start in Barkhang Monastery
  • Flares are burning 30 seconds

Tomb Raider 3:

  • Lara has all weapons from the start with 1 clip for each (no unlimited ammo)
  • All medipacks are changed to ammo
  • 95 crystals are located on same positions as on New Game
  • Crystals are collected to Inventory and they are only items to save game and heal Lara
  • Save Game menu also opens automatically when levels end. Lara is healed to 100%
  • Enemies health and attack values are increased
  • Obstacles and traps damage values are lethal or nearly lethal
  • In High Security Compound all weapons, ammo and flares are lost forever. Crystals stay.
  • All cheats don’t work on NG+
  • Australian soldiers are aggressive from the start on Crash Site
  • Flamethrower guys are aggressive from the start in RX-Tech Mines
  • Monkeys are aggressive from the start in Jungle
  • Prisoners become aggressive after a certain point (from the start in Area 51)
  • Wasps number in Lost City of Tinnos returns to original – 79
  • Spider Willard’s moving speed is 10% faster
