19. Von Croy’s Apartment
Walk around the apartment and collect any ammunition you find. Read the information on the desks. DO NOT take the cane yet. Go to the door under the stairs. Kick the door open to gain strength. Head up the stairs to the bathroom. There you will find more cartridges and a first aid kit. Go to the stairs on the left and kick the door open. You are now in Von Croy’s bedroom.
Grab more ammunition and a first aid kit. On the desk by the window is information about the Cabal. Go down the stairs to the broken window and grab the cane. A man will appear at the entrance to the bookshelves. You need to shoot him repeatedly until he disappears through the door he came in.
Go out that door and turn right down the hallway to the end, kick open the door, and grab the cartridges and a first aid kit. Go back to the open door you just passed in the hallway. Grab the ammunition in front of you. Behind you, there will be another one. When you pick it up, you will see someone making an opening in the wall with a machine gun.
Go back out into the hallway and head to the third door. Go through it until you reach the end of the hallway, where you will find an office, but you won’t find anything inside because everything has been taken. Go back to the stairs, go down them, and enter the room. There are two enemies there. Kill them and go through the door on the left with the light above it.
Run towards him and shoot him until he disappears. Go through the hole in the wall and take the machine gun and a cartridge. Go out into the hallway. To get past the laser on the right, you must lie down on the floor, chest to the ground.
Go to the end of the hallway so he can show you the bomb scene. When part of the staircase explodes, stand on the edge of the staircase on the right, jump forward, turn left, and jump again to the right to avoid getting burned.
Turn left and look for the broken handrail, climb down it and let yourself fall, take the ammunition from under the stairs and a large first aid kit that is on the table. Climb back up the stairs and proceed cautiously down the hallway. The sound of a beep alerts you. Turn into the hallway and pass the laser, which is deactivated. Once you pass, they will activate. Collect ammunition as you go. Continue straight ahead. Be careful! There are more lasers in this hallway, and at the end of it is the “cleaner” shooting at you.
Don’t try to shoot him from here, you won’t be able to hurt him. Hide in the niche on the left side of the wall, collect more ammunition, run to the one on the right, I recommend you take the machine gun, wait for the first laser to move, pass it and kill the guy from there. A scene appears and you are on the next level.
